Safe Food Pro Partners

LoRa Sensor Warranty and Returns Policy as at 01/01/2025.

1. Product Accuracy

Safe Food Pro Partners LoRa sensors are manufactured using advanced electronic circuitry designed to provide stable and reliable temperature readings. Under normal operating conditions, sensors are designed to operate within a ±1°C tolerance of the true temperature.

2. Checking Sensor Accuracy

Sensor accuracy should be verified using one of the following methods:

Refrigerator Method
Place the sensor and a calibrated thermometer in a glass of water and leave in a refrigerator for at least two (2) hours before comparing results.

Freezer Method
Use the ice-water (ice slurry) method by placing the sensor and thermometer into a mixture of crushed ice and water and comparing readings.

If the sensor reading varies by more than ±1°C, it may indicate a fault.

3. Warranty Coverage

Safe Food Pro Partners provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a sensor is confirmed by Safe Food Pro Partners to be operating outside the stated ±1°C tolerance during the warranty period, the unit will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

This warranty applies in addition to rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
